Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program Students Win First Place Again at the 7th International Gaziantep Gastronomy Festival

Özyeğin University’s Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program students won first place again at the Local Chef – University Students Competition, during the 7th International Gaziantep Gastronomy Festival, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in conjunction with the Culture Route Festival.

The competition was held on September 13, 2025. Representing our university, our undergraduate Gastromony and Culinary Arts program students Alperen Çelik (4th-year), Lara Suna (3rd-year), and Alkım Emir (4th-year) were honored with first prize in recognition of their menu, crafted with local Antep products, showcasing their creative vision and technical skills.
