Özyeğin University Has Been Included at the Highest Level in Turquality Program

Özyeğin University has been included at the highest level in Turquality, the world’s only state-funded branding program launched by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, to strengthen the country’s brand development and global competitiveness. 

This recognition reflects our university’s founding vision as an “entrepreneurial research university with a high global impact” and its unwavering commitment to creating sustainable value across the world through international academic collaborations, industry partnerships, innovative education models, and socially driven projects. Under the Turquality Program, Özyeğin University will receive comprehensive, growth-oriented support across key domains including strategic planning, management excellence, financial sustainability, human resources, innovation, and digital transformation.

As a strategic partner poised to enhance the University’s global competitiveness, the program sets forth several key goals: increasing international student and faculty mobility, expanding joint programs and dual-degree initiatives with leading global universities, strengthening access to global research funds, and fostering closer collaboration with international partners in entrepreneurship and technology-driven projects. Our President Prof. Barış Tan shared his reflections on the university’s inclusion in the program:
